A truly unique ceremony
creates an unforgettable day
Weddings are milestone events in our lives and deserve to be celebrated and shared with the people you love. There’s a lot of planning involved, from finding your dream dress, booking your ideal venue, picking the right flowers, choosing invitations and amongst all of that, there’s the ceremony – the actual process for making it real and making it happen.
Every ceremony is unique. As your marriage celebrant, I will work with you together to craft a wedding ceremony that’s a true reflection of the love you share for each other.

Milestone Ceremonies
A Milestone Ceremony is a celebratory ritual to mark a significant achievement or transition in a child’s or young person’s life such as reaching a birthday milestone, a school-stage milestone, transitioning from primary to secondary school or perhaps celebrating a re-naming ceremony. These ceremonies date back many years in history across all belief systems around the world. The Milestone Ceremony is a perfect way to use the symbolic rituals of traditional Coming of Age Ceremonies or Religious Ceremonies and present them in a modern way.
At Lir Celebrants we look at the old traditions, customs and practices and weave these into a modern bespoke family ceremony. At the heart of every Milestone Ceremony is the child or young person we are celebrating. Family/Friends involvement and participation in the ceremony is also encouraged and supported.
Please get in touch for more ideas on creating a personalised and unique ceremony for your son or daughter and indeed for all of the family too.
